Fixture Procedures:

 Comhairle Iarbunscoileanna Chorcaí made the following procedures to how Cork Post-Primary Schools games will be fixed.

·         All U-16 and Senior fixtures will be played at a HOME Team  venue. The time and referee will be appointed by the development officer and each school will be notified five school days before the corresponding fixture via e-mail.

·         All U-14 fixtures will take place on a home and away basis as laid out in the fixture programme. It is required that the home team contact (e mail) the away team no later than five school days before the fixture is to take place. The home team must provide a suitable pitch.  Development officer must be advised (e mail) of details 5 days prior the game for to appoint a referee and advise media and web notification.

Request for Change of Proposed Championship Programme for 2018/2019

Your School/College is requested to note carefully the procedure to be adopted
in the event of your School/College requiring an alteration of a proposed fixture,
which is as follows:-

(1) An alternative date must not interfere with the playing of the next Round of the
Championship and in that regard provision must be made for the possibility of Extra
Time has been played. Likewise it must not interfere with another Proposed Fixture.

(2) Your School/College MUST consult with the opposing School/College in relation
to any suggested alternative with a view to obtaining agreement.

(3) An Official Request for any alteration of the proposed Fixture Schedule is to be
submitted in writing not later than 5 School days The request must state that the
opposing School/College has been consulted and the outcome of that consultation
given.

The Request must be submitted by E-mail.

(4) The C.C.C.will meet to consider any requests for changes to the Proposed
Schedule.

If requirement (1) above is met and there is agreement from the opposing School/
College, it is likely that C.C.C. will approve the alternative date.
